All bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. The remaining payments are due 14 days before the event. Unless an agreement has been made between the client and photographer, your event will be cancelled if payment is not received by the due date.
In the unlikely event that the photographer has to cancel an event, we will make every attempt to find an alternative photographer for your event. If we are unable to find an alternative photographer, liability is limited to a refund of any payments received.
In the unlikely event that photographs are destroyed, lost or stolen, liability is limited to a refund of any payments received.
By signing this agreement, you are agreeing that some photos may be used on social media for promotion and advertisement of Aurora Wilde services. If you do not wish for photos to be used, please inform us as soon as possible. If you change your mind at a later date and photographs have already been used, we will make every effort to remove all photos used on social media and advertisements, but cannot guarantee they will all be removed.
